     6-8 tournaments in Central Florida
     Examples: (Lake Nona Cup, Space Coast Cup, Vero Cup/Classic, Fall, Space Coast Clash, Brevard Winter Classic)

Michael Gray, Head Coach/Trainer

Coach Mike brings his passion and intensity to the sidelines. Committed to nurturing the next generation of soccer stars, Michael prioritizes holistic player development, emphasizing not only physical and technical proficiency but also mental resilience. Driven by the desire to mold intelligent and tenacious players, Michael instills in his team a relentless work ethic and strong determination to succeed, equipping them with the skills needed to match up against the best teams in competitive soccer.

Martin Garcia, Assistant Coach/Trainer

Coach Martin grew up playing soccer in Brevard County.  During his senior year of high school, he helped lead MCC to a state championship.  Martin has been a coach at IYSA since 2020.  He finds fulfillment in giving back to the local community and helping instill positive habits in young athletes.

Robin Chan - Player Development

Coach Robin has over 30 years of experience working with youth age all the way through to the college level. Most recently, he has led the Florida Tech Men's Soccer program for the last 19 years as the Head Coach, and this past year, he has made the transition into the Associate Head Coach. His main responsibilities as a member of the IYSA coaching staff are working with the development of individual players. Coach Robin will also be supporting the coaching staff on the team's overall structure as well as offensive and defensive strategies.

Ellie Chan - Player Performance

Coach Ellie brings a wide variety of coaching skills to the Indialantic Force soccer team. Her main responsibilities with the team are strength & agility training as well as mental awareness. Ellie's background includes coaching several different sports from the youth level all the way to the college level. She believes that improving your reaction time, footwork and focusing on explosive power will allow a player to take their game to new heights. Ellie also focuses on team building exercises and getting players in touch with their mental capacity of the game, which is such a vital part of an athlete's game.

Thomas Casas- Trainer

Played in Cordoba, Argentina in a first division soccer club (Instituto Atletico Central Cordoba) for 11 years. Been one of the three captains for Florida Tech Men’s Varsity team, winning a Regional and a Conference championship. +3 years of coaching experience.
