Michael Gray, Head Coach/Trainer
Michael’s journey in competitive soccer began at a young age. While developing as a player, he traveled throughout the Southern US competing against some of the best players in the country. From receiving MVP awards to being a part of State Championship teams, his focus and intensity helped him excel at the highest levels of soccer. After competing at the collegiate level, he retired his cleats as a player to focus on his career and family.
As a coach, Michael brings his passion and intensity to the sidelines. Committed to nurturing the next generation of soccer stars, Michael prioritizes holistic player development, emphasizing not only physical and technical proficiency but also mental resilience and tactical acumen. Driven by the desire to mold intelligent and tenacious players, Michael instills in his team a relentless work ethic and unwavering determination, equipping them with the skills needed to defeat the best teams in competitive soccer.

Martin Garcia, Coach/Trainer
Martin grew up in Brevard County where he developed his passion for the sport, playing comp soccer from a young age. As a sophomore in high school, he was named to the Florida All-State Team as a goalkeeper. During his senior year, Martin helped lead Melbourne Central Catholic to their first State Championship, securing penalty kick wins in the semifinal and final. He went on to play club soccer for University of Florida, and men's soccer in Miami, Austin, and now back in Melbourne.
Trey Collins - Technical Trainer
Trey has deep roots within our local soccer community as a player, coach, and brand founder of GBED. He grew up playing at the highest levels of the game while captaining his club team to a State Cup Championship and South East Regional Final 4. He also captained Mel High to back to back state championships in 2009 and 2010. He received a full ride to Jacksonville University before transferring to Florida Tech where he earned the honors of 1st team All American.
More recently, he has played 4 years in the USL/USL-2. This past year he founded and captains Harbor City FC in USL-2.
Trey is the head coach of Melbourne High School and is one of the most sought after youth trainers around.
